1. Orders Without Refill (No-Refill Services)
Orders marked as no-refill cannot be cancelled once they are in progress or completed. Since these services are instant or short-term, no refund or cancellation is possible after the process has started.

2. Orders With Refill Guarantee
Orders under refill guarantee are eligible for refills only within the specified period (usually 30–60 days). If the refill does not work or the service fails within the guarantee window, a refund may be considered **only if refill attempts fail**.

3. Partial or Dropped Orders
If an order is partially completed due to service issues or drops beyond refill guarantee, the remaining balance for the uncompleted portion will be **automatically refunded** to your account balance.

4. Processing & Pending Orders
Orders marked as “Pending” can be cancelled only if the system has not yet started processing them. Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible.

5. Incorrect or Invalid Links
If an order is placed with incorrect URLs, usernames, or private accounts that prevent delivery, the system will not issue a refund. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.

6. Responsibility of the Customer
Once an order is placed, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct and the account is public. Refunds or cancellations due to customer error are not allowed.

7. Technical Delays
Sometimes delays can occur due to network or service provider issues. These do not qualify for cancellation unless the order fails completely after multiple attempts.
