1. Standard Delivery Time
Under normal conditions, most orders begin processing within a few minutes and are completed within the estimated time shown on the service description. However, these times are approximate estimates and may vary due to server performance.
2. Server Load & Delays
During periods of high demand or when specific servers experience heavy load, order delivery may take longer than expected. We always work to restore full speed as quickly as possible, but delays caused by external server issues are not refundable.
3. No-Refill Services
For services marked as “No Refill”, there is no delivery guarantee. These services are processed instantly through third-party networks, and once the order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or refunded even if delivery speed changes.
4. Refill & Guarantee Services
Some services come with a refill or delivery guarantee for a specific period (usually 30–60 days). If a guaranteed order drops within this timeframe, you can request a refill through your order history. Refunds are only possible if the refill option fails to work during the valid period.
5. External Platform Influence
Delivery speed may also be affected by updates or restrictions from social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or others. These platform-level changes are beyond our control, and PumaSMM is not liable for such delays.
6. Order Status & Tracking
Once an order is placed, its progress can be monitored in the “Orders” section of your dashboard. Status updates like “Pending”, “Processing”, “Completed”, or “Partial” are displayed automatically by our system.
7. Partial Orders
In rare cases, orders may complete partially due to platform or server limitations. The missing portion is automatically refunded to your account balance if the system detects a partial completion.
8. Customer Responsibility
Ensure that your profile, post, or video link is public and accessible before placing an order. Orders for private, removed, or restricted links cannot be reprocessed or refunded.
